IHCC at a glance

 Isfahan Healthcare City (IHCC) was established in accordance with all   protocols and standards of global accreditation organizations with an   infrastructure of over 300,000 square meters in the 10th district of  Isfahan to fulfill the human commitment to the Creator.

 This complex is in line with the country's macro-policies, including the Fourth and Fifth Development Plans for the promotion of health and the reform of the country's macroeconomic indicators in line with the United Nations Third Millennium Programs prepared and communicated to governments. in 2000, launched by the private sector in 2012 and in 2017, its first phase was commissioned, which was commissioned by completing the hospital with the horizon of generalization and expansion of the elements. Smart city in health and care.

Locating this complex with a beautiful view, in addition to reducing the time of inner city trips, has reduced traffic and related environmental problems in the central core of the city.

The design of the complex is based on the principles of healing architecture, therefore, by creating several “roof gardens” and implementing its green spaces as healing gardens on the floors, natural light is used as an indirect factor. Healing, peace, hope and hope for healing to the sick and sick.

 

 

Factors influencing the decision to establishment of IHCC:

  • The problems caused by the large number of medical offices in the central streets of Isfahan, and the creation of heavy traffic and roadblocks that take people's quiet positions, and the conflicts caused by them are the main factors behind this decision.

  • The difficulties of taking the patient from the parking lot to the doctor's office, sometimes causing unwanted injury to the patient.

  • Improper offices, usually a manipulated residential apartment. A place not very suitable for medicine, so doctors cannot enjoy all medical facilities, technology and patient health.
  • Corridors, elevators, sometimes exhausting stairs and waiting rooms that are not essentially designed for this purpose are often dense of patients and sometimes contagious patients, which adds to other problems.

 

 

 

 

 

For the above reasons and many more, the founders' desire to ̣create a healthcare city with new medical standards, as well as the patient-centered plan for sustainable health, were put into context for him and the health as a necessity for the quantitative and qualitative development of human resources envisaged. Finally, with the implementation of this provision in the founders, the Healthcare City project began.

 

Establishment of IHCC in the first meeting with the mayor of Isfahan and the start of the activities of the IHCC:

In the spring of 2011, after Dr. Saghaiannejad, Mayor of Isfahan, a first agreement was signed with investors (Prestige Land Iran Company, Isfahan City Center Project Director) who had shown their skills in the fields of design, structural engineering and creation. of a research institute to apply the latest achievements in science and technology. Finally, it led to the exchange of a memorandum of understanding between the parties and therefore to the start of the executive process and the creation of the first health city in Iran.

 

Establishment of Healthcare City Company and choosing the location of the project:

With the start of the study phase, the feasibility and design of the study began in the geographical area of the city of Isfahan and finally, after a careful study of the current location at the address of "Shahid Aghababaei Highway", after passing through Hakim Shafaei, Salamat Boulevard with an area of ​​275,000 square meters was considered for the realization of this project, of which 35,000 square meters have been supplied to the project in the current phase. Thanks to the good location of this land and can transfer part of the traffic from the central core of the city to the shell of the city in the shortest possible time and also access it from all parts of the city, the implementation of the project has been approved in the indicated place.

 
 
 

 

Selecting an international company with global experience to design the project:

After preliminary studies and investigations, IHCC Company finally selected an international company with good experience in designing several hospitals and healthcare in different parts of the world and also had a valuable background in the design of Isfahan City Center. The company started its project relying on detailed studies requiring such a project in Isfahan and finally delivered its plan to Isfahan Healthcare City Company in spring 2012. The project is defined in three main phases.

Phase 1 is part 1 complex, the second phase is part two complex and the third phase is four-star hotel.

Inspired by its past experiences in different countries and in order to ̣create an attractive atmosphere that differentiates the healthcare city from cold hospital environments, the architect dedicated the ground floor of the mansion to organic restaurants, hypermarkets, prestigious domestic and foreign stores, international travel agencies, indoor amusement parks and medical stores so that the arrival of the patient and his companions in the first place is a warm and vibrant environment.

The project is defined in 3 phases:

Phase 1:

The project includes specialized and sub-specialized clinics, health-related business centers, Hyper health (provider of healthy, natural and organic food products), an innovative children's play center, banks, restaurants, a medical history museum, a sports club, flowers and gifts.

 

 

Phase 2:

It is dedicated to Para clinical centers, including a laboratory, rehabilitation center, imaging and comprehensive cancer care center, the largest center for cancer diagnosis and treatment in the Middle East. Furthermore, in this phase, the congress hall is equipped to conduct educational programs according to the training and learning components for patient doctors such as wellness, grooming, make-up and aesthetics (Aesthetic center, massages and thermal institutes (Wellness).

Phase 3 and 4:

 The 4-star hotel is a 1,000-bed hospital that will soon be operational in order to provide optimal accommodation services to patients who have traveled from different locations to Isfahan.

 

 

One of the main objectives of this project is to increase the level of service by using computer science, that is, the use of international consultants and academic elite in this field, for the first time a health software according to HL7 standards at the Faculty of Computer Science. complex was prepared in such a way and clinics and doctors made available that when carrying out the post-treatment stages, preventive measures were also provided in different dimensions. The treatment plan relates to the case to be carried out. It should be noted that the collection and registration of people's health records in a secure center is one of the objectives of this center so that doctors can have a stronger presence at international medical congresses with the documents in place.

 

One of the most important goals of this project is to increase the level of services using IT science, so using international consultants and elite academic youth in this field, for the first time, health software in accordance with HL7 standards in the department of informatics of this complex has been prepared and provided to clinics and physicians so that while performing the steps related to follow-up treatment, preventive measures have also been provided in different dimensions. The treatment plan relates to the case to be implemented. It is worth noting that recording and recording the health records of people in a safe center is one of the goals of this center so that physicians can have a stronger presence in international medical conferences with the existing documents.

 

Research and development of advanced programs and preparation of a mechanized system for the circulation of affairs during the operation period:

Early in his career in 2011, the IHCC founder started forming a group of experts with experience in different fields (under the name of guiding committee). The committee institutionalized the organization of the administrative infrastructure of IHCC on the basis of superior medicine and a new and valuable service in medicine and health, which was the goal of the founder.
