Short description of tasks:
In the overall plan of the IHCC management system, the role of the general manager is predominant and his decision is the final decision. The most important duties of the CEO are those adopted by the Board of Directors and approved by its CEO. However, the CEO and Board of Directors are all required to regulate their work and operations under the IHCC regulations.
In this context, however, the legislation is structured in such a way that, in order to prevent any irregularities and avoid the dissemination of the decision-making and administrative process, the last word belongs to the Chief Executive Officer. The CEO has very heavy duties which must be mandatory and full time and have no other job. Other units are fully supervised by the CEO.
